Protos of Mt. Athos Isaak decides upon close examination determines that the locality of Kakorryax belongs to Hilandar and not to Esphigmenou Monastery. Without statement of month or indiction but with the witnesses' signatures (some of them in Cyrillic, one in Georgian script). Parchment original, no seal, 36 lines (without signatures), 73 x 31 cm, extensively damaged, especially in the beginning where some passages are illegible and the bottom is torn so that the last signature is missing. With one manuscript copy of unknown date, no seal.
